Spout Filling Systems:

This machine is used for packing various kinds of pouches: fruit shape bag, bottle shape bag, spout bag, straw bag etc, This machine  is designed to fill and pack liquids and semi liquids like juice, water, shakes, jelly etc using a volumetric piston filler and a cap closing mechanism that is automated to follow afterwards.The packets need to have a previously fitted or added spout structure that can be connected with the machine.

Function and characteristics

1. Various input values like recipe, concentration, speed etc can be adjusted using the easy to operate touch screen display interfaces.

2. Automatic/Semi automatic filling with liquid level, flow rate and other parameters that can be controlled. 

3. All contact parts with the product to be filled/packed are made food grade Stainless Steel.

4. The machine and its components are made to last long with minimal downtime. 

5. Optional Nitrogen injector and regulator can be additionally installed for increasing the shelf life of the units.
