Pick and Place Machines : Pick and Place machines are servo powered and electronically controlled translocation devices that are useful in automating a section of your industrial process. The placement equipment is part of a larger overall machine that carries out specific programmed steps to identify and move units of your product in the intended manner which you require. Several sub-systems work together to pick up and correctly place the components from say one conveyor belt to another. An example of this would be a pick and place machine that can identify faulty units in a process line and separate them from the non faulty units.  These systems normally use pneumatic suction cups, attached to a plotter-like servo device to allow the cup to be accurately manipulated in three dimensions. Additionally, each nozzle can be rotated independently. They may also employ contracting and expanding robotic arms that are electrically powered to pick up units.
