Ladle Weighing Systems : Ladle scales are used mainly in continuous casting processes where the molten steel is cast into pieces or strands. The weight of the strands is an important parameter for controlling the steel output. Our loadcells and their corresponding control components can be integrated into ladle weighing systems which will be manufactured with your requirements in mind. The ladle weighing systems will be built with the rugged conditions and high pressure/temperatures in mind. There will be compensation mechanism to correct for any changes caused by the high temperatures with every component load cell and their temperatures taken into consideration. There will be dedicated cooling systems used with feedback control mechanisms to ensure that the load cells do not become overheated and suffer permanent damage. The data will be transmitted using the desired communication protocols to a monitoring station and displayed according to the client's needs; whether they be on a custome HMI display device or interfaced with a desktop PC for control purposes.
